2. Hosting and technical provision
This website is provided through a self-hosted Odoo Community installation. Odoo is used as website and CRM software; using the software does not in itself transmit visitor data to Odoo S.A. Technical service providers used to operate the server infrastructure process data only on our instructions where they act as processors.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and HTTP status code. This is processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide the website securely, investigate malfunctions and protect against misuse. Log data is deleted when no longer required for these purposes, subject to statutory retention obligations.
3. Cookies and website functions
The current Odoo configuration uses technically necessary cookies: session_id to maintain the session (maximum lifetime: 7 days) and frontend_lang to remember the selected language (maximum lifetime: 1 year). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. No analytics or marketing tools are currently activated on this website.
4. Contact form and Odoo CRM
If you contact us using the form, we process your name, email address, telephone number if provided, subject and message. The information is stored in our Odoo CRM as an enquiry so that we can respond and prepare or carry out pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain enquiries only for as long as necessary to process them and, where applicable, for statutory retention periods or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. OpenStreetMap
The location map is not loaded automatically. It is loaded only after you actively click “Load map”. When loaded, a connection to OpenStreetMap is established and your IP address may be transmitted to OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw this consent at any time by reloading the page and not loading the map again.
6. Recipients and transfers
We disclose personal data only where this is necessary to operate the website and process enquiries, where legally required, or where you have consented. The OpenStreetMap service may involve a transfer to the United Kingdom. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the applicable legal conditions. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@k2-dt.de.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for us is: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, poststelle@ldi.nrw.de, www.ldi.nrw.de.
